There is a Red Chambers 90 C on ebay right now.
It can have your name on it if you are willing to
pay enough for it. There is one in one of the
threads near Dallas and the Man wants around $2000.00 for it. I use to want a red but I have
decided that white looks very good.
A friend of mine got one heck of a deal on a new
two tone (Purple and lime green)pickup truck. That
was one ugly truck, but he was so proud of it and
the dealer sold it to him really cheap. I had known
him for 40 years and did not know until he bought
that truck that he was color blind.
For $2000.00 I will have to learn to love white.

find someone that has one and marry.
Kind of like
WANTED MAN WITH RED CHAMBERS STOVE IN EXCELLENT
CONDITION.
SEND PICTURE OF STOVE.
you have the same problem as I do. I can't afford
the high price of one on the internet. You will
have to beat the bushes and find a "Sleeper" somewhere.
The trouble with the internet is there is someone
who wants it just as bad as you do, and they are
willing to pay for it.

What you did not like my idea of finding someone
with one and marrying them for it. Just joking.
I do not know what is a fair price. Whatever the
traffic will bear.
There was a red 90C nothing spectacular except the
color that was up north that just went for 1550.00
on e-bay. Up until a couple of months ago reds
were bringing $700.00 to $800.00. But all of
the stoves seems to have risen in price since the
weather has started cooling off and people are
thinking about soup's and stews and long cold days.
Keep Checking the thrifty nickels, and local shoppers guides and think about putting a wanted
add in some of them also check the older neighborhoods. Try locating some of the old appliance men not the big box but some old mom
& pop operations you know the kind where there is
all kinds of appliances around.
You said that you were not a handy type person but
keep in mind that it is the Red Porcelain that is
what is scarce. Good working stoves are easy to
come by and relatively cheap. Think about putting the "pretty red dress on a plain white jane" but put the panels on a good stove.

Egzachery Pokey, I do hope that I can find one that is in good working order.. I would be able to pay up to a couple of Thousand.. but, I feel like it should be in nearly perfect condition.. Am I crazy for this thinking this way? What is a FAIR price for one that good and works perfectly? Thanks, Anni
